The Outer Worlds Is Finally Available On Steam, GOG

Obsidian Entertainment’s The Outer Worlds is now available on Steam and in GOG after being a timed exclusive title in the Epic Games store for a year.
It’s currently 50% off on Steam (P1,199 / $29.99) and on GOG, and is currently a great alternative if you are looking for an RPG that would scratch that Fallout 3 or 4 vibe as the writing carries a lot of weight in making each quest stand out to urge you to keep exploring.
The release of The Outer Worlds last year was given a lot of praise from critics in a variety of fronts, scoring a Metascore of 82 on the PC platform.
This year, Obsidian also released the game’s first expansion titled ‘Peril on Gorgon’, which is part of the game’s Expansion Pass. It’s the first of two DLC packs planned for the game as it adds an additional storyline, new locations, weapons, and more.
In a report by VG247, a sequel to The Outer Worlds is '“being explored” but nothing official was mentioned by Obsidian. Obsidian is currently working on another action RPG called Avowed which is high-fantasy themed planned for the Xbox Series X.
Before The Outer Worlds, Obsidian Entertainment was known for games such as Fallout: New Vegas, Pillars of Eternity, as well as Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic and more.
The Outer Worlds is currently available on the Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
