Nioh 2 Post-Launch DLC Content
Team Ninja is planning three major DLC for the souls-like action RPG, and each one pre-dates the events you’ll experience in the main game. It’s going to feature it’s own storyline to better understand the overall story and challenges players well-versed in the game’s punishing combat. In each major DLC, you can also expect new weapons and abilities to widen the player’s options in character builds as well as sub-missions for players to do.
All three downloadable content packs will be part of Nioh 2’s Season Pass, which will be available separately and will be part of the game’s Digital Deluxe Edition. The Digital Deluxe also comes with in-game items — the Demon Horde armor set and the Kodama Netsuke Charm.
Nioh 2 will also launch with a Special Edition, that comes with the main game, it’s Season Pass, an exclusive steelbook case, and a booklet showcasing the game’s art.
Nioh 2 is a PS4 exclusive and will launch on March 13.
