Wasteland 3's The Battle of Steeltown DLC Is Coming This June

If you are hoping for more out of InXile Entertainment’s Wasteland 3, you’ll need to wait just a couple of months as the first post-launch DLC called ‘The Battle of Steeltown’ will launch on June 3.
The Battle of Steeltown adds new quests, weapons, armor, and enemy types that introduces new combat mechanics. Steeltown is an important location for the Patriarch to maintain a strong military presence in Colorado Springs as it manufactures weapons and vehicles for the cause and you’re tasked to get in there an resolve whatever problem they have going within.

Wasteland 3 will be getting a free 1.4.0 patch soon and will focus on improving the game’s animal companions, one improvement worth noting is that they removed the limit of how many companions you can have in your group, so you can bring as much cats or other pets into the fight.
The patch will also improve on crafting as it’s adding more weapons and armor to craft, like the W.A.S.P gun that straight up shoots wasps at your enemies. Full details on the crafting changes can be found here.
