Mobile Game Metal Slug Code: J Gets A New Gameplay Trailer
/ Carlos HernandezSNK and TiMi Studios has released a new trailer for the upcoming mobile game temporarily titled Metal Slug Code: J. It will be available on iOS and Android and there’s still no release date so far.
We first heard of this mobile Metal Slug game way back in 2020 with not much information about the game. The current name, Metal Slug Code: J, isn’t even the official title, so there’s still a lot we don’t know about this side-scrolling arcade shooter.
Compared to the first trailer of the game, which featured familiar stages and enemies, this new gameplay trailer shows new areas, weapons, and boss encounters that seem to live up to why many love Metal Slug.
Call of Duty: Mobile developer TiMi Studio is currently working on this project with the company Tencent involved.
Everything about this mobile game is Metal Slug but so far it’s hard to see how it play. The business model for this title is still unknown. While I prefer a straight up purchase for a complete game, it’s still possible that the devs might implement a free-to-play model.
