Elden Ring Guide - Where to find the Flask of Wondrous Physick

Elden Ring has a special flask called the Flask of Wondrous Physick that can be very useful when you explore The Land Between, but it can be overlooked to a point that you might know it’s existence from picking up Crystal Tears, used to alter the effects of the flask. Here’s a quick guide on where to find the Flask of Wondrous Physick as it can be picked up even at the start of the game if you know where to look.

Elden Ring Guide - where to find the Flask of Wondrous Physick

The Flask of Wondrous Physick is located at the Third Church of Marika grace site, which is east from the First Step Site of Grace, where you first start out in the open world.

If you’re starting out, and already have your mount Torrent available, it’s a quick trip starting from the Stormgate Site of Grace, near the Gatefront Ruins.

Just follow the main road going east (if you come across the telescope, you’re on the right road), you’ll soon come across a bridge, cross it and you’ll see a forked path - the main road and a dirt road

Go left through the dirt road and just keep going. Once you go through a broken bridge you’re very close to the Third Church of Marika.

Just keep following the dirt road and you’ll eventually see the church ruins in sight.

Head inside, unlock the Site of Grace inside and pick up the Flask of Wondrous Physick. Don’t forget to pick up the Crimson Crystal Tear inside as well, as that item increases the potency of your healing and FP flasks.

And that’s about it! Picking up the Flask of Wondrous Physick will come with the Crimson Crystal Tear which heals 50% of your total health. You can mix up to two Crystal Tears inside the Flask of Wondrous Physick when resting in a Grace of Site. Take note that this special flask only has one charge and can only be recharged by resting on a Site of Grace. More Tears can be found in Erdtrees in the world so keep a lookout if you want to expand what your flask can do.
