Street Fighter X Tekken Character Teaser 6

A new character teaser just surfaced and again I am stumped. These teasers are getting harder and harder.

I'm going out on a limb here and guessing that it's Steve Fox. One picture showed what looked like a gold boxing glove and Steve is the only character from Tekken that has purple shoes. As for Street Fighter, I don't know anyone who has purple shoes. Aside from that there was a picture of a bare back and steve's stances often show his bare white back.
