Netflix and Capcom have announced that an Onimusha anime is currently in the works. No release date was given but this show will be set in the beginning of the Edo period with an older Musashi. The anime will be directed by Takashi Miike, with animation being done by studio Sublimation.

Netflix has partnered with Ubisoft to bring a Splinter Cell animated series and has brought in, John Wick writer, Derek Kolstad to oversee the project as executive producer.

A Dragon’s Dogma anime series will debut on Netflix on September 17 and Capcom released early details of the show together with images from the show.

Last year, Netflix and King Features Syndicate, Inc. announced to the world that they would be working on an all-new animated series called The Cuphead Show!, based on the popular award-winning run and gun videogame Cuphead. A few days ago, Netflix posted a video on their Twitch channel giving us a behind-the-scenes look into the upcoming cartoon.
