Torchlight 3 Is Now Available Through Steam's Early Access Program
/ Carlos HernandezTorchlight 3 is now available on Steam’s Early Access program and costs PHP 769.95 or $30 for those in the US.
Echatra Inc, the developer of the action RPG, stated in the game’s store page that the game will be in Early Access for “at least a few months while we refine the game further and add new features and end game content”.
The Early Access version of Torchlight 3 consists of 2 complete Acts, dozens of quests, 4 playable classes, a variety of items to loot, boss battles, and the Fort feature that allows players to build and customize their own Fort.
The full version of Torchlight 3 will featured 3 Acts, “a new, not-yet announced end game experience”, and the ability to play the game in single player mode.
How is the initial consensus of the game’s current state for those that jumped in as early as now?
Players placing their thoughts about the game haven’t been generous as many have experienced a series of problems like server issues, bugs, while some are not keen at the direction the developers are taking for the third entry in the Torchlight series.
This is, of course, the initial days since the game went live on Early Access. This is also a game that’s a work-in-progress and those paying to have access is getting an unfinished product.
