Epic Games announced three new games within their immensely popular online game Fortnite — Lego Fortnite going live on December 7, Rocket Racing on December 8, and Fortnite Festival on December 9.

Epic Games’ ever famous battle royal shooter Fortnite launched Chapter 3 Season 2 with a big twist in gameplay as the default battle royale game mode will have the game’s signature Building mechanic disabled. A surprise change that left me interested in giving the free-to-play shooter another try.

Epic Games concluded Fortnite’s Marvel-themed season with a showdown against Galactus himself with the help from heroes like Iron Man and a repurposed battle bus. This ends Chapter 2 Season 4 and starts Season 5.

Epic acknowledged the find by recognizing their creation in the Reddit post, stating: “The legacy of Chappadoodle lives on.”

Elemental_Ray now holds the record for the most kills in a solos game, by destroying the ramp that held players watching the in-game event.

“Over the past few months, while we were editing Infinity War, we’d take breaks to hop on and get in a few games. And then we started thinking, how cool would it be to have some kind of Avengers-Fortnite mashup? So we stalked [Epic Games.]”

The game experienced a surge of players in one weekend, which resulted in server outages.

The studio announced that development of the game will cease development and shut down its servers by the end of spring this year. Additionally, refunds will be offered for every purchase ever made on the game.
