Starfield and Redfall delayed to 2023

Bethesda have announced that they have delayed the release of Redfall and Starfield as both games will now launch in the first half of 2023.

Up until now, both Redfall and Starfall were slated for a 2022 release with not much details or footage of either game in action. Only Starfield was given an actual release date back in E3 2021 when Bethesda revealed the game’s first teaser showcasing in-game footage.

Microsoft closed their E3 2021 presentation with the reveal of Redfall showing the game’s first cinematic trailer. Since then, there hasn’t been official details about the open world, co-op fps game.

The reason for pushing both titles to next year is to simply give Arkane Austin and Bethesda Game Studios enough time to deliver “the best, most polished version” of either games.
