Season 19 of Destiny 2 has finally been revealed and the last season for this year will be called the Season of the Seraph. How to obtain the season pass doesn’t change for Season 19. Just like previous seasons, the Season of the Seraph Season Pass will feature a battle pass like system with a free row and a premiumn row if you purchase the pass for this season. Purchasing the season pass will instantly give you access for Season 19’s Exotic weapon and a variety of resources, cosmetics, and resources. 

To unlock the premium rewards you’ll need 1,000 Silver, which is Destiny 2’s premium currency. This equates to $9.99. You can purchase Silver straight from the game’s in-game store or you can get them on your chosen platform’s online store (for example, Steam). If you picked up the deluxe version of the Witch Queen expansion, you’re all set for Season 19 as picking up the deluxe instantly gives you access to all seasons for this year, including the Season of the Seraph.

After you’ve unlocked the Season Pass, you’ll get this season’s unique exotic SMG weapon as the first reward in the premium tier. From there start playing the new content, unlock the new Artifact, and start leveling your new Season Pass.

What will be in Season of the Seraph? 

In Season of the Seraph, Destiny 2 is going season that will last from December 6, 2022 until February 28, 2023. This is also the season before the Lightfall expansion.

This season’s narrative will revolve around Rasputin, the AI Warmind, Ana Bray, Xivu Arath, and the recently awakened Osiris. Season of the Seraph will feature new activities such as the matchmade Heist Battlegrounds, an Exotic mission called Operation: Seraph’s Shield, and an Exotic called Revision Zero which will become available on December 20 and will feature multiple Catalysts, which is a first for the game.

This season will also introduce the Bungie and Ubisoft collaboration bringing Assassin’s Creed inspired armor designs for all classes, arc-themed armaments, Guardian Seraphs weapons, and the return of the Hand Cannon Rose.
