The Last of Us Part 2 is unforgiving, which makes every supply you find valuable. Luckily, if you look hard enough, you’ll find safes locked and containing loot that could save your life in the next fight just around the corner. We’ve played through the whole game, found all of them and in the process took some notes.
There are 14 safes to find and the combination for each one are easy to figure out, but for those just itching to just loot what’s inside here’s a guide just for you. We’ll keep the details brief to refrain from spoiling anything about the story.
The Last of Us Part 2 Safe codes and locations
Supermarket Safe (The Patrol)
Combination: 07-20-13.
What’s inside: Contains supplies, ammo and scrap for upgradesBank Safe (Downtown)
Combination: 60 - 23 - 06.
What’s inside: This safe is where you will find the shotgun and will also come with various collectibles and supplies.West Gate 2 Safe (Downtown)
Combination: 04 - 51.
What’s inside: Crafting supplies and a trading card collectible.Courthouse Safe (Downtown)
Combination : 86 - 07 - 22.
What’s inside: Crafting supplies and scrap.Donation Center Safe (Capitol Hill)

Ferry Safe (The Coast)
Combination: 90 - 77 - 01.
What’s inside: Ammo, supplies, and an Ordinance Upgrade Book.
Apartment Room Safe ( The Shortcut)
Combination: 30 - 23 - 04.
Contains supplies and ammo.
Gym/Spa Safe (The Descent)
Combination: 12 - 18 - 79.
What’s inside: Supplies and ammo.
When you get the 14th safe, the trophy for it should pop confirming that you’ve unlocked all the safes available in The Last of Us Part 2.
Fun fact: you can actually solve the combination of each safe by simply hearing the click as you rotate the dial, but no one’s got time for that!
