Call of Duty: WWII's Private Beta is hitting the PS4 first on August 25. It will run from August 25-28 and will feature the Pointe Du Hoc, Ardennes, and Gibraltar maps. Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, and a new game mode called War, which is said to give a fresh take on the given setting.
Those joining the Private Beta will be able to tamper with the new Divisions system, which is the replacement of the Pick 10 customization from the previous Call of Duty games. This of Divisions as classes, with specific perks and weapons to have a specific role in the battlefield. Infantry, Expeditionary, Airborne, Armored, and Mountain Divisions will be available and just like any beta sessions, progress will be limited.
For those that pre-ordered the game on Xbox One, the Private Beta will be available on September 1. Call of Duty: WWII will be out on November 3 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
