Name for the next Assassin's Creed leaked by accident?

Someone managing the fan page in Facebook made a mistake by revealing the name of  the next Assassin's Creed game. Everybody assumes that it was a mistake since it was quickly brought down in minutes. But minutes is enough to get the leaked information, it seems like the next game might be called Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

Assassin's Creed's Facebook page reveals  that if you share and link the info given in the fan page it will reveal the next Assassin's Creed game. I'm guessing this will officially reveal the title of the game(which was leaked by accident)  and other information regarding the next game.

The fan page also revealed a teaser trailer with some clues about the game.

Is it a continuation of the current story?are we re-visiting Altair's time ? or are they giving us something entirely new, whatever it is, Ubisoft plans to officially reveal the game somewhere in May so watch out for it.
