Namco Bandai's mysterious countdown

Any ideas on what it might be? All I got going for me is the time limit and that the url says "beginning of the new chapter". I can't read the blurred text so that isn't helpful. Is there a Namco / Bandai RPG that I'm unaware of? Maybe you guys can help us figure this thing out.

The book and candle light theme reminds me of the intro movie to Chrono Cross on the original PlayStation.
