PlayStation Plus Asia free games for April 2022 announced

Sony interactive Entertainment has announced the free games offered to PlayStation Plus subscribers in April 2022. Those in the Asia region will get to download Hood: Outlaws & Legends and SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated.
In other regions PlayStation Plus users get an additional game, Slay the Spire. Sadly, Asia gets only two free games this April. Hood: Outlaws & Legends and SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated will be available for both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
For those unfamiliar with the games offered, here’s a quick summary for both.
Hood: Outlaws & Legends
In this intense online multiplayer title, rival gangs compete in daring heists to hit the wealthy where it hurts. One of the different game modes is State Heist: a full coop player-versus-environment mode where teams control spawn points to recuperate as much gold as possible. In Gold Rush player-versus-player-versus-environment mode however, two teams of four players battle it out in an attempt to execute the perfect heist, stealing and extracting treasure while fighting each other and the AI Guards. Equipped with unique skills and mystical abilities, each character moves in stealth to steal treasures unseen. It’s up to you to recruit your band of outlaws, master formidable fortresses and outplay your rivals.
SpongeBob: Battle for Bikini Bottom
The classic platformer returns, faithfully remade in spongetastic splendor! Play as SpongeBob, Patrick, and Sandy and use their unique sets of skills to thwart Plankton’s evil plan to rule Bikini Bottom with his army of wacky robots. Meet countless characters from the beloved series and enjoy horde mode for up to two players, online and offline.
PlayStation also announced that Persona 5 will leave PlayStation 5’s PS Plus Collection on May 11. In case you haven’t added the game in your PS collection, you still have time to do so until they remove it.
You also have time to download the free games offered for March 2022. Ark: Survival Evolved, Team Sonic Racing, Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, and Ghostrunner (PS5 only) will be available to be added into your collection until April 4, 2022.
