Gamescom 2016 is currently underway and Capcom released a new trailer for Resident Evil 7. So far, the upcoming Resident Evil title is bringing back the meaning of horror.

Konami revealed a new Metal Gear game at Gamescom 2016 and it's not what we were expecting at all. A 4-player cooperative game that is set in an alternate universe following the conclusion of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, where you play as the surviving soldiers of Mother Base fending off creatures literally out of this world. 

Surprise! Just as we got news of an Open Beta for that other game at the end of the month, we get details to when everybody will get a chance to try out Respawn Entertainment's Titanfall 2 Multiplayer. It will run for the next two weekends, so ready up your PS4 and Xbox One, because we got a client to download on August 19. 

Excited to use the deadly arsenal back in World War I? Everybody will get a chance to take the latest Battlefield for a spin at the end of August. 

You'd think a big event revealing tons of information all set to support the announced release date would give you some sort of assurance for it's release on September 30. Nope, Final Fantasy is officially pushed to November 29.

After Legend of Callasia was released barely a month ago, Boomzap Entertainment placed another Kickstarter campaign for the strategy game's first expansion. With still 20 days left in the campaign as of this writing, Legend of Callasia: Stoneborne expansion is now fully funded! Dwarves inbound!

Perfect World is apparently giving their Top Down Shooter a little bit more time to prepare before releasing it to the wild. Livelock has been delayed on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. No new date was given.

Ubisoft is giving folks on PC a chance to try out the latest entry in the Rainbow Six franchise this weekend on Steam and Xbox One. It's fun! We promise! 

The reception when No Man's Sky was announced was greatly positive. The chance to explore a crazy amount of planets (18 Quintillion) with randomly generated species populating them is an explorer's dream game.
