Overwatch 2 is coming and with it cross-progression. Those who play on console or PC will need a battle.net account to play the game, meaning you’ll have to merge your console account to a new or existing Battle.net account and merge all of what you’ve earned thus far in Overwatch.

Microsoft announced the coming to Xbox and PC Game Pass for the rest of August 2022, which is from the 16th up to the 31st. Warner Bros. Games and Developer Player First Games announced that DC’s Black Adam and Gremlin’s Stripe will be coming to their platform fighting game MultiVersus as part of the game’s Season 1 of content. The first season will also include the delayed Rick and Morty character.

Way of the Hunter is a hunting simulator that aims at delivering a realistic wildlife hunting experience. A reboot of the Alone in the Dark series was announced during THQ Nordic’s THQ Showcase online. Capcom announced two new characters joining the Street Fighter 6 roster during EVO 2022 - Newcomer Kimberly and fan-favorite Juri. A new gameplay trailer was shown right after the conclusion of the Street Fighter V tournament, showcasing the two characters in action.

Developer Turtle Rock Studios have announced the second expansion for their 4-player co-op game Back 4 Blood. Titled ‘Children of the Worm’, this expansion adds a new playable Cleaner, new enemies, weapon skins, new weapons, accessories, cards, and lastly the addition of an Act 5.

During developer Behaviour Interactive’s Behaviour Beyond livestream broadcast event, the studio revealed what to expect from Resident Evil Project: W, the second Resident Evil-themed Chapter coming to Dead by Daylight. The new Chapter will include the Killer Albert Wesker and Survivors Ada Wong and Rebecca Chambers.
