Aurora shores' incredible diversity is fully present here in the highlands. Hunters will not only be challenged by fierce weather conditions but by an array of rare prey, such as Roosevelt elk and wood bison, waiting to be found by both seasoned hunters and vicious predators alike.

Features:

  • 14 majestic species of animals to encounter

  • A new landscape to discover - Aurora Shores offers a wide area, 64 square km / 24,7 square miles big

  • New environment types: enjoy rainforests or icy mountain peaks

The Aurora Shores DLC is set to be available on February 23 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. No price was given during the announcement but we’ll update this when more information is given.

Naturally, you’ll need Way of the Hunter to play the new DLC, but the base game is getting some love with a free patch introducing the Crossbows weapon class. Nine Rock Games also gave out a free UTV (Utility Terrain Vehicle) in the form of DLC which you can claim for free in your respective platform’s storefront.

Curious about Way of the Hunter? Check out my review as it's coming from someone new to games like it and while I did find a few rough patches, I did appreciate how hunting was portrayed in this game as you can get any more realistic with this one.
