Vampire The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 Delayed Again, Now Releasing in October 2025
Paradox Interactive and developer The Chinese Room have once again delayed their highly anticipated RPG, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2. Originally set for the first half of 2025, the game will now launch in October 2025 to allow for further polish.
Itβs wild to think this game will ever see the light of day, but it finally feels likely. In an update video, executive producer Marco Behrmann confirmed: "The game is done. We are currently focusing on bug fixing, stability, and performance." With core development finished, the remaining months will be dedicated to fine-tuning.
Behrmann also revealed that the game has received additional narrative depth, expanded character development, and an enhanced role for Fabien in the storyline. The developers plan to share more insights through a series of developer diaries in the coming months.
Bloodlines 2 has faced multiple delays dating back to 2021, even undergoing a major studio shift. Originally developed by Hardsuit Labs, the project is now in the hands of The Chinese Room.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 is set to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is a technical wonder on Nintendo Switch 2. It single-handedly raised the bar on what I thought could be possible on the system, delivering a beautifully realized, engaging, and lengthy quest in the most accessible format yet without sacrificing much on the presentation side.
