Developer Hungry Couch’s latest top-down action-adventure game Black Skylands has left Steam Early Access and is now officially out on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and PC. (via Steam, GOG, and Epic Games Store)
Pirates plague land and air as you play a young pilot named Eva as she does all she can to protect her homeland Aspya either by air or by land.

It’s easy to describe Animal Well as a puzzle-focused Metroidvania eschewing traditional combat, where nearly every room is a puzzle room, but that falls so far short of describing just what this game is and how expertly it defies genre and classification that it feels like a disservice.
