The Philippine GameDev Expo 2025 (PGDX) is one of the biggest upcoming gaming events in the Philippines, bringing together gamers, developers, and industry professionals. The event will take place at the SMX Convention Center Manila from July 25 to 27, 2025, spanning function rooms 3 to 5.
Attendees can expect a variety of activities, including gaming workshops, panel discussions, exhibitor booths, and hands-on game demos from local and international developers.
PGDX 2025 Ticket Options & Prices
Like last year in PGDX 2024, early bird discounts are available for those who purchase tickets ahead of time. If you buy your ticket now, you can get 10% off the regular price.
Update: With it now July, the early bird discount is no longer in effect. We have adjusted the prices below to show the full price to avoid confusion.
PGDX 2025 Expo Ticket
This ticket grants access to the Expo area (Function Rooms 4 and 5), where you can visit exhibitors and participate in various gaming activities. Additionally, the first 3,000 attendees will receive a Gacha Ticket.
1-Day Pass – PHP 550
3-Day Pass – PHP 1,350
PGDX 2025 Workshop Ticket
This ticket includes full access to the expo (Function Rooms 4 and 5) plus entry to workshops and panel discussions (Function Room 3). Attendees will also receive certificates for participating in workshops, and the first 3,000 attendees will get a Gacha Ticket.
1-Day Pass – PHP 1,350
3-Day Pass – PHP 3,500

Important Ticketing Information
If you are looking to buy single tickets for either Workshop or Expo, be sure to buy the right 1-day ticket. For example, if you buy the day 1 Expo ticket for Saturday (July 26), you won’t be able to use that ticket for Sunday (July 27).
Be mindful and plan accordingly before purchasing any ticket online, as there’s a reason why they specified each day pass with their own color and day.

The Philippine GameDev Expo 2025 (PGDX) schedule has yet to be officially announced, but attendees can look forward to a packed lineup of gaming workshops, panel discussions, game demos, and exhibitor showcases from both local and international developers.
When Will the PGDX 2025 Schedule Be Released?
Just like last year, the PGDX organizers will gradually reveal event details in the months leading up to the expo, primarily through social media updates and official announcements. Expect to see updates on:
Main stage presentations featuring game developers and industry experts
Workshop schedules for those attending the learning sessions
Exhibitor and game demo lists featuring upcoming and unreleased titles, both local and international.
Special guest appearances and exclusive reveals
Esports and competitive gaming events schedules and when matches start (to be confirmed)
Tito Gaming Tournament Series
PGDX is hosting a tournament for the older generation of gamers with a retro tourament called Tito Gaming Tournament series happening at the 2025 PGDX event. Registrations to join the tournament are now open and will feature three classic titles:
Counter-Strike 1.3
Marvel vs. Capcom 2
Tetris
Naturally, those interested in joining will have to take care of their expo tickets, but the more interesting (or painful) requirement is that this tournament is only open to the titos and titas of Metro Manila, so only those 30 years old and up and register.
Indie Game Stars take center stage at PGDX 2025
The Indie Game Stars, PGDX’s indie showcase, is one of the event’s most premier features a it will feature a variety of game designs from Filipino developers. PGDX is prepared to spice things up with the Indie Game Stars People’s Choice, as fans and players attending the event can vote for their favorite featured game. The indie studio with the most votes at the end of the event will win PHP 100,000 in cash.
