Next-gen Versions of Man of Medan and Little Hope Now Available, Along With a Free Update

The first two games of Supermassive Games’ Dark Pictures Anthology series – Man of Medan and Little Hope – just received a free update that improves UI, interactions, faster walk speeds, and even includes a new chapter called “flooded. The narrative driven game is now also available in next-gen consoles such as the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. 

The free update (which is also implemented in the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game) improves:

  • New difficulty settings & QTE warnings

  • Improved UI & interactions

  • Updated bearing art & event triggers

  • increased walking speeds

  • More accessibility options, including subtitle sizing

Man of Medan is given new content in this update as a new chapter called “Flooded” is now available and according to a press release from Bandai Namco, this new piece of content is said to feature “new gameplay and new deaths to the climatic ending of the game”.

Supermassive Games is still at it with the Dark Pictures Anthology as they are wrapping up the first season of the series with the release of Devil In Me which is coming out this November.
