New Persona 3 Reload Trailer Debuted at Anime Expo 2023

Sega debuted a new trailer for the upcoming remake Persona 3 Reload during Anime Expo 2023 which occurred in Los Angeles. The trailer is rather short but gives us a good look at the new character art for Akihiko Sanada, Mitsuru Kirijo, and Fuuka Yamagishi.
Sega also released new details about these characters.
Akihiko Sanada (voiced by Hikaru Midorikawa)
Akihiko is a third-year student at Gekkoukan High School and a founding member of the SEES. A popular figure at school, he is the captain of the boxing team and excels at both sports and academics. Normally calm and collected, Akihiko can also be a bit stubborn and inflexible at times.
Injured while fighting against a Shadow, he returns to the front lines after nursing his wounds. An experienced boxer, Akihiko prefers close-quarter combat, lobbing haymakers at his enemies.
His Persona, Polydeuces, specializes in physical damage and electric skills.
Mitsuru Kirijo (voiced by Rie Tanaka)
Mitsuru is the heiress to the Kirijo Group, one of the largest conglomerates in the world. She is a third-year student and student council president at Gekkoukan High School. As the leader of the SEES,
she directs the protagonist and the other members. A serious and hard-working girl who has a fondness for discipline, Mitsuru excels in many fields. However, she can be somewhat out of touch due to her sheltered upbringing, and her eccentric behavior can come as a shock to others.
As one might expect from the captain of the fencing team, her preferred weapon of choice is a one-handed sword. Her Persona, Penthesilea, specializes in ice and recovery skills.
Fuuka Yamagishi (voiced by Mamiko Noto)
Like the protagonist, Fuuka is a second-year student at Gekkoukan High School. A calm and humble girl, she is sometimes subject to bullying due to her timid nature. Fuuka ends up becoming trapped in the Dark Hour, and her Persona abilities awaken when the SEES come to rescue her. She decides to join them afterwards.
While she doesn't fight directly in battles, Fuuka's expertise in collecting and analyzing intel allows her to support the team as a navigator.
Her Persona is Lucia.
Persona 3 Reload is set to launch in early 2024 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Game Pass, and PC. The original game is a fan-favorite among the Persona community as it sold over 17 million copies worldwide when it was released back in 2006. The remake will deliver the same game but with improved graphics, additional side stories, improved features, and brand-new animated cutscenes.
Stellar Blade’s potential was clear, but as its ambitions expanded into something greater, it lost focus. As soon as Stellar Blade tries to bring everything together, it merges into a single figure that looks deformed and uneven. The quality is unquestionable but it wasn’t the final product I was slowly building in my head as I went through the game’s first half.
