First Redfall Gameplay Kicks off the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase

Arkane Studios kicks off the 2022 Xbox and Bethesda Showcase with our first look at Redfall gameplay.

The 4-player co-op shooter starts off with one of the characters Layla fending off multiple vampires until another character Jacob comes in to help. It eventually leads to Layla and Jacob joining the rest of their team and you’ll see gameplay of them going against waves of vampires or gun wielding cultists.

The Deathloop and Dishonored developer also displayed some stealth elements for Redfall like coordinated executions and skills like the ability to go invisible. The gameplay trailer also showed that there are some abilities that help with traversal, like layla’s ability to boost a character upward when a player enters it.

Redfall is set for a 2023 release and will be available in Game Pass on day one for Xbox Series X|S and PC.

The Xbox and Bethesda showcase is filled with big announcements, such as Riot Games’ biggest titles coming to Game Pass, to our first look at Starfield gameplay
