Future Trunks will be joining the Dragon Ball FighterZ roster.

Watch the trailer above as he does his signature moves with that serious stare. It's short but enough to remind us that this is one 3v3 game we've always wanted.

During EVO 2017, the largest fighting game competition in the world, Producer Tomoko Hiroki announced future Trunks as a playable character on the main stage. At the end of the trailer, a closed beta for Dragon Ball FighterZ was revealed and Trunks will be available during the test.

Registration for the beta begins on July 26 for both Xbox One and PlayStation 4. More details will be given once it is available.

Dragon Ball FighterZ was announced during E3 2017 at Microsoft's press conference and is currently considered one of the most anticipated games for the fighting game community.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is planned for release in early 2018 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
