Portal 2 DLC coming out next week for free

Portal 2 coop For free? I know, that's pretty rare especially when its DLC(Downloadable Content). It's not those useless free DLC that gives extra clothing for your character or an item that will most likely be useless in the next few hours, this is actual content that Valve wants to give for free. Thanks Valve.

The DLC called "Peer Review" will be out on Wednesday next week or Thursday for gamers in Asia. It was announced in Portal 2's official blog. The post is mainly about the game's soundtrack, and after 2 paragraphs about it they mention the new DLC coming out soon and for free. It will include new test chambers, leaderboards, plus single player and multiplayer challenges. How many extra test chambers or challenges? They didn't say, but content is content, especially when its free.

Got Portal 2 on my PC, so I guess I'll be playing it again next week.

New Inversion trailer tells us about the 3G's of battle

Inversion Guns, Grenades, and Gravity is whats going to fuel Namco Bandai's new IP Inversion. Gotta love new titles trying to bring something new to the table.

Manipulating gravity during a gunfight? well that could be trippy. I'm pretty curious how multiplayer will play out with a bunch of people having the same ability to play with gravity. Hopefully with this unique concept, they maximize it by providing a lot of interesting and clever things players can do with their abilities. If not, and the whole gravity thing gets old fast, it's just another 3rd person cover shooter.

A fairly new developer called Saber Interactive is  developing Inversion. The best known game they worked on was Timeshift which was nothing great, aside from that - nothing.

Inversion is coming out on Playstation 3, Xbox 360 next year in early february. There might be a PC version, but no date yet.

Burnout Crash for Kinect David Hasselhoff Trailer

Burnout Crash is out and even though the game still doesn't sit well with my gut, I've seen a few positive reviews about it. But I'm not going to talk about those reviews. I'm here to show off the Kinect functionality that Crash has and it has the Hoffster in it.

Very little actual Kinect functionality was shown in the trailer (if those were even real control gestures at all) but it has David Hasselhoff in it and he wears a chicken suit.  That's all you really need.

New Silent Hill: Downpour trailer from TGS 2011

Silent Hill Downpour screenshot Konami debuted a new trailer of Silent Hill: Downpour. Problem is, the music doesn't fit with the trailer at all. Completely distracted me from watching the trailer. Good Korn song though.

I really like Silent Hill, but every time this title shows up I feel disappointed. I miss playing Silent Hill games. I miss The creepy monsters, the foggy atmosphere, and the static coming from your radio to say danger is near. When Silent Hill: Downpour was announced, I was excited for it. We need a new Silent Hil. But the way their promoting this game prevents me from liking it. Like the gameplay demo showing 'Dark Combat'. woot! wait, can't see anything....
