Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations

Alright ninja fans. It's time to trade in your Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm because the next Naruto game from Bandai and CyberConnect 2 is here! From the looks of it, it seems that the roster from the first and second Ultimate Ninja Storm games are included as well as newer characters from the on going Naruto Shippuden anime. I simply love how CyberConnect2 captures the zany style of the anime and yet bring it's over-the-top-ness even further.

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm has some of the best cellshaded graphics I have ever seen and even though the new game is essentially running on the same engine, it never ceases to amaze me. Rasengan!

Weekend, what are you playing?

July has officially started and what better way to kick off the first weekend of the month by playing some video games! What are you playing? Oh, and happy 4th of July to all you people over there in the United States of America! Have a good one guys.

Migoy: As I said in one of my more recent post, spending some time playing Mega Man Powered Up. I got all the robot masters and I'm currently in Wily stage 3, the room with the teleporters that bring me to clones of the robot masters. I gotta say it's pretty touch fighting them all in a row, even with all their powers. Maybe I'll try an MMO or two this weekend just for shits and giggles.

Quash: This weekend its Red Dead Redemption for me. Since they announced a bonus XP weekend for multiplayer, I'm taking this chance to reach max level . I'm 3 trophies away from getting the Platinum and reaching max level is one of them. Also playing the Uncharted 3 beta which is turning out to be a good one. Will make an impression post of the beta's pros and cons soon.

Arlie: I'm playing Red Dead Redemption since it's x4 XP weekend that will end on Monday because it's a holiday. On the first day, I managed to reach the max level for multiplayer which is 50, I'm currently at 1st Legendary Level 30. Same with Quash, I also play Uncharted 3 Multiplayer Beta.

Original Crysis confirmed for Xbox 360

NOT the official box art

The first Crysis game was released late 2007 exclusively for Windows only. But apparently the South Korean Game Rating Board recently approved a rating of the game for the Xbox 360. EA Korea confirmed the news and they added that the release date of the Xbox 360 version is TBA.

Bioshock Infinite E3 gameplay demo coming soon..

During this year's E3, Bioshock Infinite made an appearance but only revealed a new trailer to the public, not a new demo. A 15 minute demo was showcased in their E3 booth for people to try out but was hidden in closed doors. Now, their finally revealing the demo shown at E3 2011 in Spike TV on July 7th, and together with that announcement, they give us a small teaser of that 15 minute demo.

oh the hype! the game looks amazing. The creators of Bioshock has left Rapture for now and created a whole new world again but instead of an underwater city, a floating city up in the air called Columbia.

Sadly this is set for a 2012 release so we'll have to wait months before we get our hands on Bioshock Infinite. It's cool though, since we have tons of games to keep us busy this 2011. But if you haven't played Bioshock 1 or 2, you guys should definitely check it out. You won't regret it, especially the first game.

More Red Dead Redemption DLC coming soon

Just when we all thought Red Dead Redemption's Undead Nightmare was the last DLC for the game, Rockstar announces a final DLC to be announced in the coming weeks, also mentioning an XP bonus for multiplayer.

Thanks to Twitter, it was revealed that Rockstar is indeed working on a final DLC for their critically-acclaimed western. A reply on Rockstar's twitter replied to their fans confirming that a new DLC will be announced in the coming weeks. With how big Undead Nightmare was, I didn't expect another DLC on the works, especially when their still working on the DLC for L.A Noire.

A quadruple XP weekend was also announced, and has gone live today until July 4. Now we have two reason's to blow the dust out of our Red Dead Redemption copies. I'm going to take advantage of this x4 XP weekend since I only have the multiplayer trophies left. It's been bothering me since i only have a couple more to go. Farming XP in multiplaye takes awhile, so playing it before to reach max level in r felt like a chore. This quadruple XP bonus will apply to all multiplayer modes, including free roam, and Undead Overrun.
