Maybe they do it on purpose? we will never know, but at least its out there for us to enjoy. Ubisoft has announced Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Online is for PC and good news. It's free! Ghost Recon Online will be a cover based 3rd person shooter and is being developed by Ubisoft Singapore. A closed beta is scheduled to start this summer.
The game will be using the microtransaction model which, according to Ubisoft, will allow players to further equip their characters with premium items to ”personalize their experience”. Meaning you have to buy stuff using real money to 'get better at the game'.
A press release went out earlier today from Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot.

The latest delay for this game was on March when Gearbox Software moved the release date from May 3 to June 10 making a lot of gamers rage since it was so close to release. Well nothing can stop it now and all we have to do is wait a few more days to get your hands on Duke Nukem Forever.
If you can't wait to get a piece of Duke Nukem and you bought the Borderlands Game of the Year copy, you can get the game demo on June 3. I'm sure you've entered the first access club provided by the Borderlands GOTY, so all you have to do is wait for an email from Gearbox asking what platform you prefer for the demo.
