Weekend, what are you playing?

Everybody's looking forward to the weekend, weekend.

Migoy: My PSP is still neglected. Haven't had it fixed due to lack of funds so still playing on the DS. All Kamen Rider: Rider Generation is currently being a grind-fest. Still haven't unlocked the last difficulty level yet. Been playing a bit of Mega Man Zero Collection too. Half-way through MMZ1.

Arlie: I finally got a code from Subway for the early multiplayer access of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception and shared it with my friends.  Also received codes from the Subway promotion for stuff like the Subway Drake Skin, Subway Hero Shirt and a Custom Naughty Dog AK47. I'd like to thank Essej of PinoyPS.com, ThePorkchop820 and NormalMode. After a day of playing, I already reached the level cap for the early access which is 35. I also got to play Battlefield 3 Multiplayer Beta for PC and PS3 with my friends.

Quash:  DARK SOULS - Death count = 80+, bosses down = 9, Level = 49, game time = 24 hours so far.  frustrated? definitely but its an amazing game altogether. Can't really let go of this game, it's so addicting that my Gears of War 3 is being ignored right now thanks to Dark Souls. The world is big, pvp is deeper now, and im only halfway done I believe. I was also able to try out the Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception with Arlie, even the Battlefield 3 beta, but I have this urge to stop early to play more Dark Souls. Definitely one of the hardest games you'll face in your PS3 or Xbox 360 but definitely worth the experience. I urge you guys to give this game a try.

Siri just got trashed!

Apple announced Siri on iPhone 4S, which lets you use your voice to send messages, set reminders, place phone calls, and more.

However, they decided to replace it with GLaDOSiri, which is way better.

Rage easter eggs pay tribute to the classic id games

You know who created Rage right? they are the makers of the classic Doom series, Quake series, and the first ever First Person Shooter - Wolfenstein 3D. So to pay tribute to their classic games, they placed easter eggs for Rage players to find and enjoy. Wanna see?

It's pretty awesome and made me want to get a copy of those classic games to play again, or even buy Rage. Too busy dying in Dark Souls though.

Anybody going through Rage right now? it's said to be a great shooter in its own right and to be confused with games like Fallout or Borderlands. It's not Fallout, it's not Borderlands. They just have certain elements that bring out the confusion. It being in a post-apocalyptic setting, open world, and having an inventory system. I say, if you like the old FPS kind of games, then this might just work for you.

'ASSIST ME!' - Strider Hiryu & Hawkeye: UMvC3

Got the Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 hype? Can't wait till November? Well it seems that Max and Dr. Doom got an early copy and are hard at work to show it off.

In this episode we see some of Strider Hiryu's and Hawkeye's moves. Max covers each of their special moves, assists and supers. Now I'm not sure if they got the full version of the game or just a copy of the demo for trade shows and events etc. I've sent Max a message asking about this and will update if I get a reply.

"Michael" - Long Live Play

Remember that Long Live Play Kevin Butler video thing? Long Live Play is PlayStation's current gimmick right now to get more gamers into the spirit of gaming (ie get more people to buy their stuff). PSN PLAY is a program that's going on in the PlayStation Store. Every game purchase that falls under the 'PLAY' category will give you special bonuses like a free piece of DLC and so on. Sony then teased that they would be revealing something come October 5th. It's not a major announcement or a new game. It was just a video but what a video it is.
