Dead by Daylight Shrine of Secrets perks for July 19 - July 25, 2023

This section in the in-game store of Dead by Daylight allows players to unlock perks still unavailable for them, or have not yet earned the highest tier.

Killer Perks

Blood Echo (The Oni) - When hooking a Survivor, all other injured Survivors suffer from the Haemorrhag and exhausted status effect for 45 seconds.

This perk can only be triggered once every 80/70/60 seconds.

Dark Devotion (The Plague) - Whenever the Obsession loses a health state by any means and enters the injured state, this perk activates.

While the perk is active, your Terror Radius transfers to the Obsession for 20/25/30 seconds and its radius is set to 32 meters

You are then granted the undetectable status effect at the same time for the same duration.

Survivor Perks

Dance with Me (Kate Denson) - When performing a rushed action to vault a Window, Pallet, or leave a locker, you will leave no scratch marks for the next 3 seconds.

This perk has a cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds.

Deliverance (Adam Francis) - After performing a safe hook rescue on another Survivor, this perk activates.

With the perk activated, you have the option to successfully self-unhook yourself from a hook. This will cause a Broken status effect for 100/80/60 seconds after being unhooked by yourself.

Which perks are worth getting this week?

This week is rather good for both sides of Dead by Daylight. Deliverance is still a solid perk that can clutch a game when used right while Dance with Me can throw off Killers, especially when you pair it with other perks that make it hard to track Survivors while on a chase.

For Killers, Blood Echo can be effective when paired with Killers that have the ability to keep Survivors injured most of the time, like Legion. Dark Devotion is fun as well as it can be misleading for Survivors if they don’t pick up that the Killer has that particular perk.
