Nintendo announced during their February 2023 Nintendo Direct that their subscription service Nintendo Switch Online will now offer Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games.

Nintendo announced that a Metgroid Prime Remastered during the February 2023 Nintendo Direct and shadow dropped it as it’s now available on the Nintendo Switch eShop. The game will feature improved graphics, HD support, and updated controls for the Switch.

Capcom announced that Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak’s free title Update 4  will go live on Tuesday, February 7 for the Nintendo Switch and PC (Switch) version. The fact that the developers implemented so many quality of life changes while simultaneously maintaining the game’s charms with such finesse makes Tactics Ogre Reborn stand tall and easily become one of the biggest surprises this year, as I didn’t think I would have so much fun with a strategy RPG released over 25 years ago.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet’s rough quality is unacceptable. I hope that Game Freak and Nintendo will work quickly to patch the performance after all this ruckus, but even if it somehow ends up running smoothly enough to not be headache-inducing, I doubt I will ever revisit this game.
