Capcom Reveals Street Fighter 6’s 18 Character Launch Roster
In case the massive information dump during Capcom’s Tokyo Game Show broadcast was not enough, they hosted yet another one livestream, revealing that the game will launch with 18 characters and revealed each one by showing the opening movie for their single player game mode World Tour.
Konami Announces Suikoden 1 & 2 HD Remasters, Launches in 2023
Konami announced during the Tokyo Game Show that they’ll be releasing HD remasters of the first two games of the beloved Suikoden franchise. Titled, Suikoden 1 & 2 HD Remaster: Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars, this version of the game will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC sometime in 2023.
Street Fighter 6 Closed Beta Happening This October, Four New Characters Also Revealed
During Capcom’s Tokyo game Show broadcast, Capcom announced that there will be a closed beta for their upcoming fighting game Street Fighter 6. The beta will be available from October 7 to October 10 and will featuring cross-play between PlayStation5 , Xbox Series X|S, and PC (via Steam).
Overwatch 2’s Newest Hero Is Kiriko, Will Be Unlocked Through Battle Pass
During the Xbox Tokyo Game Show broadcast, they revealed a new hero for Blizzard’s team-based shooter Overwatch 2 and her name is Kiriko, a support hero that has strong mobility and provides powerful buffs to her team. She will also be the first hero to be attached to the game’s new battle pass system.
THQ Nordic Is Bringing 5 Games to Tokyo Game Show 2022
THQ Nordic announced that they will present at Tokyo Game Show 2022 and will bring 5 games that will be playable at the show floor during the event. The most notable one is that attendees will get a chance to try out the new Alone in the Dark that is considered a reboot of the series. The new game was announced just last month.
