Keen Games confirms Enshrouded will leave Steam Early Access in Autumn 2026. Here’s what’s coming in the 2026 roadmap, including major updates and a console launch with version 1.0.

Five years after the original game Hawken closed down, 505 Games announced that PvE-focused Hawken Reborn is coming to Steam Early Access this May. It’s a “revitalization of the long and beloved Mech combat franchise” and it will be free–to–play.

Indie studio Supercube has revealed the 2023 roadmap for their space survival sim The Pioneers: Surviving Desolation, and it looks like the game will receive new vehicles, classes, a new station module, and more throughout the year.

Offworld Industries have announced Starship Troopers: Extermination, a first-person shooter that features 12-player co-op gameplay. The game is inspired by the 1997 film and is expected to hit Steam’s Early Access sometime in 2023.

Philippine based studio Secret 6 announced that their FPS online shooter Project Xandata, which is currently in Steam’s Early Access, will be shutting down for good. Servers will be up until May 31, 2023 and that any further development for the game have ceased.

The roguelike turn-based inventory management game Backpack Hero, which is currently available through Steam’s Early Access program, was just updated with its September 2022 update adding a new character named Satchel, a Forge system, and a few balance changes.

The strategy indie game Terra Invicta by Pavonis Interactive is hitting Steam’s Early Access on September 26, 2022. A game where an alien invasion comes to earth and you can either help with the resistance or actually assist in the invasion itself.

Stunlock Studios’ V Rising, an open world survival game where you play as a newly risen vampire, is now available in Steam’s Early Access.

Secret 6, a studio based in the Philippines, announced that their free-to-play multiplayer FPS game Project Xandata is heading to Steam’s Early Access on January 26, 2022.

Larian Studios, the makers of Divinity: Original Sin 2, is working on Baldur’s Gate 3 and recently released it on Steam’s Early Access which covers only Act 1 of this long-awaited RPG based on Dungeons & Dragons.

The science-fiction mystery betrayal game, Among Us, has surged in popularity over the past month and due to the sudden increase in player base has brought forth connection issues and toxic online behavior. The game has since been patched to address these issues and a sequel is also in the works.

Philippine-based studio Ranida Games announced that PBA Basketball Slam: Arcade Edition is entering Steam via their Early Access program in August 2020.
