With Microsoft close to cementing its acquisition of Activision Blizzard, It looks like the dust has cleared as Microsoft and Sony Interactive Entertainment have finally made a binding agreement to keep the Call of Duty franchise on PlayStation for 10 years.

Microsoft’s Head of Xbox Phil Spencer has reassured once again that they intend to honor any existing Activision/Blizzard agreements with other platforms and even mentioned that they intend to keep Call of Duty on PlayStation.

For the month of August, PS Plus subcribers will be getting the all-new multiplayer obstacle racer party game, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout as well as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered.

"I really think with every game we make, we finish that title and then we ask 'what is it fans are gonna love the most?' If that's another traditional campaign, then we'll make another traditional campaign."
