Over 200 Bug Fixes Coming to Saints Row in November

Looks like Volition has been busy since the Saints Row reboot launched as the November update will contain over 200 bug fixes, and quality of life improvements. They also said they would support the game in the long-term in 2023 and beyond.

Since the team is focused on improving the base game based on player feedback, don’t expect extra content during the rest of 2022. Over 200 bug fixes and improvements is a lot, and quite impressive, but it also points at the state of the game. I was the minority when the game launched as I had a blast going through the game’s campaign, but not everyone had the same experience. I had as many experienced a variety of bugs and issues that ruined their time with the game.

They didn’t go into detail of exactly what will be fixed when the November update goes live, but they did state that it focuses on the game’s “ challenges, overall stability and co-op.”

New content isn’t coming anytime soon but cosmetic DLCs are coming in 2022. To start things off, this week owners of the game can earn a free Front to Back pack which you can see below.

Simply go to your platform’s respective online store and claim it for free.

More free cosmetics are coming this year as well as some packs for those that own the game’s Expansion Pass. The Expansion Pass is currently only available to those that own the Gold, Platinum, and Notorious editions of the game but will soon be able to purchase the pass separately.

Saints Row was released on August 23, for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
