XDefiant Is Shutting Down, Servers to Remain Open Until June 2025

XDefiant, developed by the Ubisoft San Francisco team, is officially shutting down as the free-to-play FPS will only have its servers open until June 2025. It was also reported that two Ubisoft studios are shutting down, effectively laying off up to 177 employees, with the rest being moved to other projects.
