Microsoft is kicking off 2024 with a bang as PC and Xbox Game Pass will be bolstered with an impressive lineup of games such as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Resident Evil 2, and Hell Let Loose being available in the first half of January.

Xbox was present at the 2023 Tokyo Game Show as they hosted an Xbox Tokyo Game Show broadcast to announce updates to Japanese games coming to Xbox and Game Pass in the near future. Here’s a rundown of everything announced at the show.

Microsoft is officially launching its Xbox wireless controllers in Southeast Asia such as the Philippines. Price starts at ₱ 3,890 and will be available sometime in July.

Xbox Game Studios and developer World’s Edge will be releasing the RTS classic Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One on January 31, 2023. Soon after, the latest title in the series , Age of Empires IV, will be available in the consoles sometime in 2023.

Microsoft announced that games such as The Pedestrian, Outer Wilds, Spelunky 2, Mass Effect Legendary Edition, and more are coming to Xbox Game Pass for console and PC platforms in early January.
