The battle royale genre has made its mark in gaming as a mainstay in the current and foreseeable generation. With Tetris 99, Nintendo has proven that the battle royale concept isn't limited to shooters. And as part of the Super Mario Bros. 35th anniversary, Nintendo has released another unique take to the genre with Super Mario Bros. 35.

I passed by McDonalds the other day and saw a poster featuring some new Super Mario Bros. Happy Meal toys again. Different from the previous set of Super Mario Bros. toys that they had before but it was still a nice surprise seeing some official Nintendo merchandise as a fast food toy.
