Respawn Entertainment launched a Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order patch that updates the game a variety of new features such as Combat Challenges, New Game Plus, Battle grid, and more cosmetic skins to unlock.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order may not be the droid that we're looking for, it's still a fun romp through the cosmos, providing a decent story with some strong moments that will tickle the most sensitive midichlorians inside you.

Chris Avellone, the designer who co-wrote Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, had less than great things to say about the leadership at Obsidian Entertainment, the studio behind the upcoming The Outer Worlds. Avellone was a co-founder and co-owner at the studio until he left in 2015.

The game was confirmed as a single player, story-driven experience with no microtransactions. Lucasfilm said the collective goal was to make “a badass, kick-ass Jedi Star Wars game for people to love.”

Avellone is something of a low-key star – an independent narrative designer and writer who wrote and directed Knights of the Old Republic II – The Sith Lords, one of the most critically celebrated Star Wars games ever made.
