Square Enix confirmed Kingdom Hearts 4 will launch simultaneously on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. A Kingdom Hearts Collection for Switch 2 is also coming October 8, 2026.

Square Enix have officially revealed Kingdom Hearts 4, which brings Sora as the main protagonist once again along with Goofy and Donald. The reveal trailer showed in-game footage which is said to be used with Unreal Engine 4, but development of the game is being done with Unreal Engine 5.
