Ubisoft have announced that they are halting development of new content for Ghost Recon Breakpoint.

Ubisoft is exploring blockchain technology by announcing the introduction of NFTs to Ghost Recon Breakpoint through a new platform called Ubisoft Quartz. These NFTs are called Digits and will come in the form of in-game items such as vehicles, weapons, and equipment.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint is an open-world tactical shooter that feels great when the bullets start flying, but slowly loses its identity the moment you're caught in this endless gameplay circuit of looting gear to “improve” your character.
