Amazon is ending development on New World, with Season 10 and Nighthaven marking its final updates while servers remain online through 2026. Previous paid content is now free to all players who own the game as the MMO prepares for an eventual shutdown.

Amazon Game Studios announced that their MMO New World will have an open beta before it’s September 28 launch. Players eager to try out the new game can try it out from September 9 through September 12.
