Patapon Creator Reveals New Rythm Action Game Project Called Ratatan

Ratata Arts and TVT announced that the new rhythm game from the creator of Patapon is titled Ratatan. The project will have a Kickstarter campaign which will go live on August 1, 2023, GMT +8 / July 31, 4 PM UTC.
In a report from Gematsu, the project team consists of Hiroyuki Kotani (Patapon game designer), producer Kazuto Sakajiri (The Eye of Judgment), and composer Kenmei Adachi (LocoRoco, Gran Turismo).
Ratatan was announced during the BitSummet Let’s Go!!, an event in Japan last weekend. There isn’t much information just yet as we will likely know the full details of the title in the Kickstarter campaign aside from it being a spiritual successor to Patapon.
No platforms were also not announced at this moment.

Octopath Traveler 0 is a mixed bag, with some genuinely likeable characters and engaging story arcs, alongside others that fall flat. You then have a final act that had me banging my head against the wall. Still, its satisfying combat system, strong party synergy, and striking visual style make it an enjoyable JRPG overall.
