Fallout 76 Update 66 Adds Uninvited Guests like Bigfoot to Events
Fallout 76 will receive Update 66 on March 3, marking the start of Season 24, titled The Backwoods. The update has been live on the Public Test Server for weeks, with its biggest addition being Uninvited Guests (Also known as Party Crashers), new boss encounters that can appear at the end of select public events.
Fallout 76 Update 66 Launches With Season 24 The Backwoods
Party Crashers can be a variety of big bosses such as a Scorchbeast, Deathclaw Matriarch, a Wendigo Colossus, but the big addition here is the introduction of Bigfoot, a new boss that has a chance at spawning on key events.
Where does Bigfoot Spawn?
Based on information gathered on the PTS, Bigfoot can spawn in these events:
Event: One Violent Night
Event: Campfire Tales
Event: Free Range
Event: Moonshine Jamboree
[Seasonal] Event: Primal Cuts
[Seasonal] Event: Grahm`s Meat-Cook
[Seasonal] Event: The Mothman Equinox
[Seasonal] Event: Invaders from Beyond
[Seasonal] Event: The Big Bloom
Each time you complete these events, there’s a 33% (could change at launch) chance of him appearing. The big draw to fight the Bigfoot is that he has a chance of dropping 4-star loot, plus a chance at dropping the a new 4th-star mod called Thrill-Seeker, which boosts reload and melee speed based on kill streaks.
We were invited to a dev session where Bethesda showed off a fight against the new Bigfoot boss, who is designed and adjusted to go against a high-level party. He is designed to be tough as you have 5-minutes to take down the creature before he stomps away.
This update is not like other major updates as this one doesn’t add new quests, events, or raid content. This is about improving what is already available. Events was their target in this update, as these Party Crashers now bring new life to the game’s many public events that have probably been done countless times at this point. This gives players another thing to chase, especially players that have practically done everything and still plays the game regularly.
The Backwoods season comes with other quality of life updates, specifically with the use of your Pip-boy. Balance changes to armor and more are coming in this update.

Code Vein 2 delivers serviceable soulslike combat and flexible builds, but its bloated systems, uninspired open world, and inconsistent performance keep it from standing out in an already crowded genre. It definitely has ambition, but many of its ideas feel more like background noise than meaningful twists, leaving the sequel competent but ultimately forgettable.
