New Pikmin 3 trailer showing gameplay and a big bug at the end

PIKMIN3LOGO Aside from Bayonnetta 2, there's still one big game coming to the Wii U.  Pikmin 3 is coming in July and a new gameplay trailer was just released. It's a bit short, but it's a good reminder that the little cute aliens are back.

The game will be released in Japan on July 13, July 26 in Europe, and in August 4 for the US.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII - "The Divine Task" trailer

lightning-returns-ff13-12 I'm so done with Final Fantasy XIII, but for those that want more out of Lightning and the world of Gran Pulse(What's left of it), a new trailer was just released explaining more about the game's story. It even introduces very familiar faces in previous games. Take a look below.

Lightning is back in the spotlight and is literally tasked by god to save as many people as she before the world ends. You will only get to control just Lightning this time around, making the game play out differently compared to previous games.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII comes out on February 11, 2014 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Just in case you missed it....

If you like what you see and want to throw down some money on it already, pre-ordering with give you this, which is a big treat for hardcore Final Fantasy fans.

The Walking Dead: 400 Days launches this week

the-walking-dead-400-days-ss01 The Walking Dead: 400 Days is a DLC episode that takes place after season one of Telltale Games' The Walking Dead game. It was announced at this year's E3 and for those excited to get more out of this masterpiece, you don't have to wait that long to get it. It's coming out this week.

400 Days is set to bridge the previous season to the upcoming season 2. There are new characters in this one, with five chapters each with a new character having their own story to follow. For those still hoping to find time to play all 5 episodes of Season 1, I suggest you skip this video to avoid any spoilers.

But for those who are done with season 1 like myself, and can't wait to get their hands on this DLC, here are the release dates for each platform.

July 2nd: PS3 (North America)

July 3rd: PC/Mac (via Steam or Telltale's website)

July 5th: Xbox 360 (Worldwide)

July 10th: PS3 (Europe)

July 11th: iOS

Sometime in August: PS Vita

If you still have your save from season 1, your decisions can be carried over to this DLC. It is said that your decisions on this DLC will affect the upcoming season 2 which will start at the end of this year. Don't take your decisions too lightly, because the carried over choices really make an impact with the overall experience, which is one of the reason why this makes The Walking Dead game one of the best story-driven game I've played in years.

PS All-Stars DLC art surfaces, shows a cancelled DLC character

PS all stars-SS-01 Artwork for what seemed to be a canned DLC character for PlayStation All-Stars has shown up in the internet. Not many people in the earlier generations will not recognize him, but he's definitely a nice choice even for the main roster.

Dart, the main protagonist from the 2001 RPG Legends of Dragoon, was planned to be a DLC character, but sadly got cancelled.

AllGamesBeta took a screenshot from artist Mike Edward's Portfolio showing that it was indeed in the works.

PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale was an okay attempt from Sony to create a Smash Bros. version for the PlayStation. But If there's one thing that bothered me the most out of this fighting game, it's that their choice of characters isn't really character that would be worthy in the PS All-Star main roster. Like seriously? Zeus from God of War? and a good and evil version of Cole from inFAMOUS?

Characters like Dart are what we call All-Star material. If they added more characters that would make me reminisce on classic PlayStation games, it would have been sure sell for me. Especially if they added characters like Crash Bandicoot or maybe Abe from Abe's Oddysee. There's a lot to choose from, but obviously they decided to go with characters that are more familiar to the younger crowd. But still, two Coles!?
