Capcom has revealed that the Resident Evil 4 remake has a bug that can softlock your game. It’s a small window of opportunity for the bug to happen as you need to do a specific action at a certain point in Chapter 12. So to be on the safe side, here’s what the bug does and how to avoid it.

Capcom have announced that they’ll be hosting the next Resident Evil Showcase on October 20 3 PM PT / 6 PM ET. The event will feature the upcoming DLC of Resident Evil Village and likely a more detailed look at the upcoming Resident Evil 4 remake.

Starting off Sony’s June 2022 State of Play presentation, Capcom has officially revealed Resident Evil 4 and announced that it’s set to release on March 24, 2023. It was also mentioned that PSVR content is in development.
