The online battle royal game Pac-Man 99 for Nintendo Switch Online is now officially offline permanently. Only those who own DLC packs containing offline modes will be able to play the game they paid for.

Nintendo announced during their February 2023 Nintendo Direct that their subscription service Nintendo Switch Online will now offer Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games.

N64’s classic FPS game GoldenEye 007 will be released on Nintendo Switch Online’s Expansion Pass service and on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox Game Pass on January 27, 2023.

During the Nintendo Direct for September 2021, Nintendo announced an additional service for it’s Nintendo Switch Online membership. It’s called the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack and it’s a new membership tier that gives members access to selected Nintendo 64 and SEGA Genesis games. It’s set to launch sometime in late October of this year.
