Elder-Geek Full Hearts Fund Raiser for Japan

The guys over at Elder-Geek are doing a 48 hour marathon playing only Japanese developed video games for charity over at MercyCorps. Multiple people from the EG crew will be swapping in an out of the broadcast and the only time the marathon will "stop" is when they switch between broadcasters. Their goal is to reach $1500 by the end of Sunday so help out guys, a small donation could give a family a hot meal and a warm blanket. We have to help each other out in these hard times.

Mortal Kombat and Rock Band. Two very awesome games but two very different games. Who knew seeing a mash up of both would look so awesome and so hilarious at the same time. Sub-Zero looks to be shredding on lead while Reptile busts out some sweet vocals. Scorpion is rockin' on the drums and Smoke is chillin on bass.

Who knows? Maybe this is the future of the battle between Earth realm and the Nether realm. The fate of the world rests on your highscore! FIGHT!

Wii Modchip Case in The People's Court

A man gives his Wii to his neighbor to install a modchip so that he can play free games. He sues his neighbor for a reason that I barely understood (watch the video and hear their arguments lol). This is just hilarious, the word "piracy" was never mentioned and the judge's lack of knowledge in the case didn't help. The accused blurts out "free games" at one point then shuts up. It's amazing something like this gets on TV and none of the people seated in the back react. Simply hilarious.

The People's Court is a small claims court reality show in the United States for those of you who don't know.

Ubisoft Cancels WeDare in the United Kingdom

"Ubisoft, oh you"

Hahahahahahahaha! *Ahem*. Forgive my rude behaviour. As the title states, Ubisoft has cancelled the release of the Wii Game WeDare in the United Kingdom. Apparently when the trailer was released, people in the UK didn't like what they saw (maybe due to the Pegi 12 rating) and does not want the game to come to their country. Ubisoft has also pulled the trailer off of youtube but since this is the internet you can still find it easily.
