First Look At Star Wars Battlefront 2 Will Debut This April At Star Wars Celebration

Looks like the sequel to the Star Wars: Battlefront reboot is on its way. EA confirms that Star Wars Battlefront 2 will debut on Star Wars Celebration happening on April 15, 2:30PM ET/11:30AM PT, during the Star Wars Battlefront 2 panel. 

Gameinformer reports that in early January, the sequel will include a single player campaign and will take place in multiple eras in the Star Wars lore. A welcome change since the 2015 reboot only gave us a lackluster multiplayer mode. 

If EA is aiming for a 2017 release for the sequel, it would definitely make sense to capitalize on the opportunity to ride the hype since the next episode, Star War: The Last Jedi, will be out in theaters at the end of the year.
